AKMG Palace on Wheels Tour is scheduled for January 7 to 14, 2009. All seats I originally booked are taken. Now we are holding the whole train until the end of Aug., 2007. This train can carry a maximum of 104 people, departs every Wednesday and comes back the following Tuesday, eight months a year. “Palace on Wheels” is the ultimate luxury train against which all other luxury trains are benchmarked and you will travel like a “Maharaja” for one week visiting The Golden Triangle – Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Seats are available and please call me before Aug. 15, 2007 if you are interested. Any seats not taken by AKMG will be released by the end of Aug., 2007.

Reservation:
20% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking ($600 for double & $500 for triple before Aug. 31, 2007)
30% of ticket value after 45 days of booking ($900 for double & $750 for triple before Oct. 15, 2007)
Remaining 50% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure (before Nov. 7, 2008)
Cancellation:
5% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
20% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure.
100% of ticket value less than 30 days prior to departure.
These are the rules of the Rajasthan Gov Tourism Dept who runs this train. We need first 20% to secure the seats and please send me the check for 20% as early as you can ($600 per person for double occupancy and $500 per person for triple occupancy definitely before Aug. 30, 2007). Please write the check to “AKMG Palace on Wheels” and send to me.
