Call for Abstracts - 47th AKMG Annual Convention 2026 - Hyatt Regency, Jersey City on the Hudson August 6

Dear AKMG Members,

AKMG 2026 CME

📅 Submission Deadline: June 30, 2026

We invite trainees and junior faculty members to submit abstracts related to:

Original Research
Systematic Reviews
Meta-Analyses
Larger Case Series
Informative Case Reports

⚠️ Project proposals without data or results will not be accepted.

📌 Submission Guidelines

Abstracts may have been presented at other meetings prior to AKMG 2026.

Abstracts cannot be submitted if the data has already been accepted for publication as a full manuscript. (Publication in abstract form from a conference presentation is acceptable.)

Maximum 500 words (excluding title and author names).Submissions exceeding the word limit will be cut off. Tables and graphs are allowed and not counted toward the word limit. Ensure the corresponding author's email address is accurate — this will be the sole method of communication regarding acceptance.

You will receive an email confirmation for each submission.

🔍 Review Process

All abstracts will undergo blind review and grading by the AKMG CME Abstract Review Sub-Committee. Selected abstracts will be chosen for either:

🎤 Oral Presentation
🖼 Poster Presentation

⏳ Late submissions will not be accepted after June 30, 2026.
