Dear AKMG Family,
 

As part of our continued efforts to enhance AKMG's educational initiatives and empower future generations, we are pleased to announce the formation of the AKMG Research Circle. This initiative aims to harness the collective expertise of AKMG's distinguished members, and your participation will be crucial to its success.
 
We invite all AKMG members involved in research or related activities across all specialties to join.
 
The group's objectives will evolve, but the initial focus includes:
 

1. Mentorship: Support research aspirations of students (school, college, and medical), residents, and fellows of Kerala origin in U.S. and Canadian institutions.
2. Support for IMGs: Mentor International Medical Graduates of Kerala origin,  pursuing research.
3. Collaboration with Kerala Colleges: Evaluate and plan research or faculty development projects submitted to AKMG for potential partnership with Kerala-based institutions.

 
A prominent AKMG researcher will lead the group, to be selected from among the interested members.
 
If you are interested or know of anyone who would be a valuable resource for this group, please let us know. We aim to finalize the group by the end of October.
