The regular 'all-inclusive' Registration 799/- (699/- Early Bird) of the 2026 Convention includes all its cultural programs during the evenings (entertainment, fashion show), and other day-time side sessions (literary, recreational, art, dance, music etc). The package also includes breakfast, lunch & dinner on Days 2 & 3, brunch on Day 4, all non-CME programs, and Gala Night admission.
*Exclusions : A) Dinner Cruise on Day 1 is not included B) Hotel booking is not included in the 'All Inclusive' package, and is done directly by attendees through the relevant portal
The Patron (5500/-) Registration includes Dinner Cruise & Hotel Accommodation for four (One room), plus all meals and programs incl Gala Night tickets x 4
The Champion (3500/-) Registration includes Dinner Cruise & Hotel Accommodation for two (One room) plus all meals and programs incl Gala Night tickets x 2.

The Dinner Cruise is from 6 pm on board the Majesty Cornucopia and includes a gourmet meal, complimentary drinks and on-board entertainment. You will enjoy panoramic views of the harbor and city skyline. The event will be approximately for 2-3 hours, with a view to have the guests back in the hotel around 10 pm.
Guests need to report for boarding at least 30 minutes before 6 pm, and so plan your arrival and hotel check-in accordingly. You can board directly from hotel.

Yes, certainly. On Fri (Day 2) and Sat (Day 3), we have Yoga class and/or bike riding early morning, followed by breakout sessions that may include talks, or workshops of general interest and will be announced closer to the event.

Yes, we have a very active AKMG youth Committee that will arrange a social evening where the young AKMG can mix and mingle. Our mentoring committee will have additional sessions that will address the needs of students and residents at a professional level

The best means of transportation to and from the hotel is via taxi, Lyft, or Uber. The hotel does not have a shuttle service. You may rent a car, but bear in mind that parking cost inside the hotel will be expensive, and is not included in the registration package or room rental.

A wide variety of options are offered to vendors, from renting on-site booths, to social media, website, on-stage promotions etc depending on sponsorship levels. Our sponsorship / fundraising committee will have more details, and can also be approached (contact details will be added on their webpage)
All cancellations will incur a 3–5% PayPal/Stripe transaction fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within one week of registration.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made on or before May 31st (after the one-week full refund period).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 31st.
Dinner cruise registration is non-refundable if not cancelled within one week of registration.
