When you browse www.AKMG.org and do not interact with the site for any online service or product from the AKMG, you browse anonymously. When you become a registered user on our site, or choose to interact with our site in other ways, such as subscribing to AKMG publications, purchasing an AKMG product, applying for AKMG membership, participating in online surveys, submitting questions or comments or requesting information or materials, we will collect certain personal information from you. The type of personal information collected will vary but may include name, address, phone number, birth date, billing and delivery information, e- mail address, and other demographic information. We do not collect Credit Card information or Social Security numbers via our web site. All Credit card information will only be collected by the third party vendors or Bank and stored in their database only and not AKMG's data base. If you are a registered member of AKMG, you may review and update or correct your information online. Data base login is only available to members with registration or a paid subscription. Currently your Login id is your unique membership number. You are required to login using the temporary password we provided and select a unique password. Please keep your Personal Login Information confidential. Your Personal Login Information is personal to you and you may not allow any third party to use it under any circumstances. The AKMG is not liable for any harm caused by or related to the theft, misappropriation, disclosure, or unauthorized use of your Personal Login Information.
